# Pricing

> Set and adjust the selling price for every product and size, one price level (tier) at a time.

Set and adjust the selling price for every product and size, one price level (tier) at a time.

**Where to find it:** [Open Pricing in AIM](https://aimventory.com/inventory/pricing) — you will be asked to sign in first.

## What you can do here

* Pick which price level to edit (Retail, Wholesale, VIP, etc.) and see its price for every size
* Type a new price right in the row for any size
* Change lots of prices at once, then save them all in one click
* Filter to just the products you want — by search, price range, stock, or location
* Find sizes that have no price yet so nothing accidentally lists without one

## Buttons, fields, and controls

## How to: Set or change a price for a few sizes

1. At the top of the left panel, pick the price level (tier) you want to edit, e.g. "Retail".
2. Find the product and size in the table (use the search box to jump to it).
3. Click the price box on that row and type the new price.
4. Edited rows turn yellow so you can see what changed — repeat for any other sizes.
5. Click "Save Changes" to save everything at once.

<Tip title="Real-world example">
  Set Retail on Dunk Low Panda size 10 to $140 and size 10.5 to $150 — both rows turn yellow, then "Save Changes (2)" saves them together.

## How to: Find and fill in sizes with no price

1. Pick the price level you want to check at the top.
2. In the Filters section, tick "Missing \[tier]" to show only sizes with no price set.
3. Type a price into each empty box.
4. Click "Save Changes".

  After receiving new Jordan 4 stock, tick "Missing Retail" to see the new sizes have no price, then set each to \$215 so they're ready to sell.

## How to: Re-price one product across all its sizes

1. Type the product name or its SKU into the search box to filter the table down to it.
2. Update the price box on each size row.
3. Click "Save Changes" — or click "Discard Changes" if you want to start over.

<Tip title="Real-world example">
  Search "Bred 1" (or 555088-062), then bump every size from $300 to $320 and save.
</Tip>

## Good to know

* Nothing is saved until you click "Save Changes" — the number in that button is how many edits are waiting.
* Each price level is edited on its own. Switching the tier at the top clears any unsaved edits, so save first.
* Leaving a price box empty means that size has no price for that tier — handy to spot, but it won't sell at that level until you fill it in.
* Filters (search, price range, in-stock, location) only change what you see — they never change prices on their own.
