Counting, pricing, and managing the stock you own — including costs, labels, cycle counts, and pre-owned pairs.

In this section

  • Inventory — See how many of each pair you have on hand, where they are, and adjust your stock counts.
  • Stock Adjustments — Correct stock counts by hand when the number in AIM does not match what is on the shelf, and review every stock change that has already happened.
  • Inventory Counts — Count the stock physically on your shelves and compare it to what AIM expects, so your on-hand numbers stay accurate.
  • Pricing — Set and adjust the selling price for every product and size, one price level (tier) at a time.
  • Cost Management — See and fix what each pair cost you. Accurate costs are what make your profit numbers correct, so this is where you correct a wrong buy price.
  • Print Labels — Print barcode and price labels for your inventory so every pair can be scanned and tagged on the shelf.
  • Pre-Owned / Special Products — Intake, grade, photograph and list used or one-off pairs that aren’t brand-new, each with its own condition and box notes.
  • Pre-Owned Listing Match — Review live StockX and/or used GOAT listings that look like pre-owned AIM inventory, then link each listing back to the exact AIM pre-owned unit.
