Where to find it: Open Pack Mode in AIM — you will be asked to sign in first.

What you can do here

• See every picked, label-ready order waiting to be packed, oldest first
• Scan a tracking number, order, serial, or item barcode to pull up the right order instantly
• Double-check the right shoe is in the box by scanning its barcode against the order
• Automatically confirm the pack when both the tracking number and item barcode match
• Manually confirm with one verified scan when the second data point is unavailable

Buttons, fields, and controls

Control	Where	What it does	When to use it
Packing location	Left controls	Filters the pack queue to the location where packing is happening.	Set it before scanning so orders from other locations do not appear.
Marketplaces	Left controls	Limits the queue to selected marketplace order types.	Use it when a packing station is working one marketplace batch at a time.
Ready to pack only	Left controls	Hides orders that are not picked, label-ready, or packable yet.	Keep it on for normal packing so unfinished orders do not distract the packer.
SKU or UPC	Scan/input area	Accepts product, order, tracking, serial, SKU, UPC, or barcode input depending on workflow state.	Use it when the hardware scanner does not focus automatically or you need to type a code.
Refresh	Queue controls	Reloads the pack queue and current label state.	Use it when labels were just generated or an order status changed.
Print	Document actions	Prints the current packing document.	Use it when the order needs packing paperwork.
Verify	Packing row	Marks the row as verified for packing.	Use it only after the item/label checks match the order.
Remove verification	Packing row	Clears verification from a row.	Use it when the wrong item was scanned or the pack should be rechecked.
Pack Item	Packing row	Completes packing for the selected item/order.	Use it after the required scan checks are satisfied.
Assign Item to Box	Box assignment modal	Assigns an item to a shipping box.	Use it when multiple items or box-level tracking are part of the pack workflow.

How to: Pack an order with the scanner

1. Pick your packing location at the top left (and optionally limit to StockX or Alias).
2. Scan the shipping label, tracking number, order number, serial, or item barcode — the matching order pops up on the left.
3. Scan the other matching data point. When both tracking and item are verified, AIM packs the order immediately.
4. If one data point is unavailable, press the one-scan Confirm Pack fallback to acknowledge and complete the pack.

A StockX sale for an Air Jordan 1 “Bred” comes in. Scan the StockX tracking number, then scan the shoe’s serial sticker. Both match, so the order is packed and leaves the queue immediately.

How to: Confirm when one scan is unavailable

1. Scan the tracking number or item barcode that is available.
2. Review the selected order and verified data point.
3. Press Confirm Pack (Tracking Only) or Confirm Pack (Item Only) to acknowledge the missing second scan.

A damaged serial label will not scan, but the tracking number matches. Review the order, then use Confirm Pack (Tracking Only).

How to: Handle an order that isn’t ready yet

1. Orders show a status in the queue: Picked, Waiting (no tracking yet), or Invalid label.
2. If an Alias label looks invalid, AIM auto-refreshes it — wait a few seconds and try the scan again, or click “Sync now”.
3. Orders that aren’t picked or have no tracking can’t be selected yet — finish picking first.

An Alias order says “Invalid label”. Click “Sync now”, wait a moment, and rescan once the tracking number appears.

Good to know

• Keep “Ready to pack only” on to hide orders that still need picking or a label.
• Two matching scans require no extra click or confirmation barcode.
• A green dot means fully verified; blue means partly verified; yellow means it still needs a scan.
• The list refreshes on its own while Alias labels are syncing, so you don’t have to keep hitting Refresh.
