A guided checklist for pulling sold items off your shelves — it lists what sold, where each pair lives, and lets you scan or check off each one as you grab it.

Where to find it: Open Pick Mode in AIM — you will be asked to sign in first.

What you can do here

• See every sold item that still needs to be pulled, sorted in the best walking order through your shelves
• Scan an item’s barcode (or check it off) to mark it as picked
• Start a “pick run” to track progress and batch all the shipping labels into one PDF
• Print a paper pick list, or open a warehouse map that highlights which shelves to visit
• Review what was just picked and undo a mistake

Buttons, fields, and controls

Document format	Pick run controls	Chooses what kind of label or packing document AIM should prepare during the run.	Set it before starting the run so generated documents match the packing process.
Start a new run using current filters	Pick run controls	Creates a pick run from the current queue and filters.	Use it when the current set of items is the batch you want to track and label together.
Close this run	Pick run controls	Closes the active pick run so future scans no longer attach to it.	Use it once the batch is finished or abandoned.
View all saved pick runs	Pick run controls	Opens historical pick runs.	Use it to reprint, audit, or review earlier pick batches.
Refresh pick queue	Queue controls	Reloads the latest sales and pick state.	Use it after sales, labels, or inventory state changes.
Print pick list	Pick run controls	Prints the current pick list.	Use it when a paper route is easier than scanning directly from the screen.
Warehouse map	Pick tools	Shows where items are located in the warehouse path.	Use it to plan the physical route or find shelf clusters.
Link unit	Pick row action	Links a sale to the correct inventory unit.	Use it when the sale needs exact-unit assignment before picking can be trusted.
Undo	Recently picked row action	Moves an item back from picked to the pick queue.	Use it after scanning or checking off the wrong item.

How to: Pull today’s sold items off the shelves

1. Pick your location at the top (e.g. “Main Warehouse”).
2. The list shows every sold pair still waiting to be pulled, grouped by shelf in walking order.
3. Walk to the first shelf and grab the pair. Scan its barcode with your scanner — the row turns into “Picked” instantly.
4. No scanner? Tick the checkbox on the row (or several rows), then click “Mark as picked”.
5. Keep going until the list is empty.

Three pairs sold overnight: a Dunk Low Panda on shelf A1, a Jordan 4 on A3, and a Yeezy 350 on B2. Pick Mode lists them A1 → A3 → B2 so you walk one loop instead of backtracking. Scan each box label as you grab it.

How to: Start a pick run to batch the shipping labels

1. Choose a document format (label only, or label + a pack slip).
2. Click “Start pick run”. This snapshots the current StockX and GOAT/Alias items so your scans are tracked against it.
3. As you scan each item, its shipping label is fetched automatically in the background.
4. When labels are ready, click “Print 4x6 labels” to get them all merged into one PDF, in pick order.
5. Click “Close run” when you’re finished.

You sold 15 StockX/GOAT pairs. Start a run, scan all 15 as you pull them, then print one PDF of 15 labels in shelf order — no fetching labels one at a time.

How to: Fix a wrong pick

1. Click “Recently picked” to open the list of items you just marked.
2. Find the item you picked by mistake.
3. Click “Undo” — it goes straight back into the pick queue.

You scanned the wrong size and marked a 10.5 picked instead of an 11. Open Recently picked, click Undo on the 10.5, and it returns to the queue.

Good to know

• The list is sorted in “snake order” — the shortest walking path through your shelves so you don’t double back.
• Items without a shelf assigned show up at the bottom under “No sublocation assigned”.
• The scan target on each row tells you what to scan: a serial label, a variant barcode, or a box barcode.
• Batch shipping labels are only available for StockX and GOAT/Alias items; other channels you mark picked normally.
